I purchased my first new car in 2017 and was absolutely impressed with the customer service. I recently went back to trade in my fully paid car and the salesperson could care less and did not care to help. I will be purchasing my future cars out of Laredo because this location is a let down.

Although customer service was good, instructions I gave and accepted were not followed through until when I went to pick up my car. It should have been performed as agreed. The overall cost was very expensive but the work was accurate.

Bought a blower motor from them online. The part showed up broken because it was poorly and carelessly packed by the dealership.
