DONT EVEN CONSIDER THIS SERVICE DEPT. DUE TO OVERCHARGES! 1.10% of labor fee called shop fees (3% is normal and reasonable) 2. 3+ hours labor to install a $3.50 grommet when I can easily reach it with vehicle on a rack. ( a 1 hour max even if tech is slow) PICK ANOTHER SHOP
