First time customer with a Nissan recall for a tie rod. When I scheduled, was told it would be 2.5 hrs, as I was waiting. When I checked in, was told the techs were at lunch, so it would be awhile. It was a 20 minute wait for me, then they were done! Excellent! I'll be back for my servicing!
