I visited the service dept. for a recall on my vechical. The employees there were super friendly and very helpful. It took about a hr and a half to get the recall taken care of. I was very impressed!

Robichaux Ford service was way better than Matt Bowers. I didn’t have to wait for 3 hours to get an oil change. Didn’t purchase my truck from Robichaux but they made sure I was taken care of properly.

We purchased a King Ranch Expedition from Robichaux Ford. Service department is under qualified. Makes appts at 7:30 and don't open the gates until 7:30.
